Professor David Gill is Honorary Professor in the Centre for Heritage at the University of Kent, and an Academic Associate in the Sainsbury Institute for the Study of Japanese Arts and Cultures and a member of the Centre for Archaeology and Heritage at the University of East Anglia. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA), a Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries (FSA) and a Senior Fellow of Advance HE (formerly HEA).
The History of the British School at Athens forms part of an on-going research project (initially on the period from 1886 until the end of the First World War).
